The back of the wheelie bar is to extend 5" behind the tire radius.Pads = 5" square minimum, spaced minimum of 20" from outside each pad. Wheelie bar system must be able to support the weight of the tractor in the heaviest class pulled.Jacking up the pads so the tractor is completely off the ground is a good test of the strength of the system’s support ability and theMean Green Pulling Team reserves the right to perform this test at its discretion.

Draw Bar: Draw bars must not exceed 20 inches in height or be less than 18 inches from center of axle to hooking point. No part of draw bar may extend rearward beyond point of hook. Draw bars must be stationary in all directions.

Do not pull sled or any part of tractor thru door of building. It Will Result in a DQ A full pull finish line will be marked.

Any tractor or puller found to be unsafe or illegal may be disqualified and or barred from hookingProtests and disputes must be made before the end of the class in which the issue occurred. Protestor’s tractor will be examined first. Then and only then will the protested tractor be checked.  Any protest filed with the flag man or track person will result in both the tractor and the protester’s tractor being checked. The protester must be a puller in the same class.

Any member may bring a tractor to the rules committee’s attention without having his tractor involved in a protest.
The protest must be made before the tractor leaves the end of the track; you must go to the flag man or track judges to protest a tractor. Once the tractor leaves the end of the track, no protest can be made. Rules committee has the right to protest any tractor at any time on or off the track. Rules Committee will perform Random rpm checks at Tunica. Any puller at anytime, whether protested or not. All decisions are final. All judge’s decisions are final. Track judges have the right to stop the pull at anytime. Tractors with side shields may be inspected at the discretion of track officials or club officers. Refusal to remove shields upon a request by an official will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all entry fees.

Any tractor with side shields added will be considered a modified tractor. Tractors with factory Side shields are exempt.
IH truck motors ok, If tractor came with 4 cylinders it must still have 4 cylinders, but cannot pull in stock classes if it is not the original motor. Heads, blocks (jugs) must be the same manufacturer as the crankcase and frame. (Replacement manufacturer allowed) The term "REPLACEMENT PART" is defined as any part that was available for that tractor make and model of that era, or reproduction parts that duplicate the original part. ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS MUST MEET RULES COMMITTEE APPROVAL. (Example: 450-LP reproduction heads are allowed)

Farm Stock 1 and 2 tractors must use any single agricultural type carburetor with the same number of barrels, throats and draft direction as originally manufactured is allowed. Modified Tractors must have a carburetor of the original draft type as manufactured within 2” of the original location. No multiple carbs allowed

Speed limits begin when any part (includes weights and brackets) of a tractor passes the orange cone at ½ track.

RE-Pulls

THE FIRST PULLER in all classes may throw out his first pull and request a re-pull provided the first was deemed legal. He must make the request and re-pull immediately following the first pull and before leaving the track. Weights may be moved from front to rear or rear to front but no additional weights may be added. Drawbar height must not exceed 20" after any adjustments and may be checked by officials prior to the re-pull. The re-pull cannot be delayed until later in the pulling order. The results of the second pull will become the official record for the pull even if it should be a disqualification or of a shorter distance. If necessitated by a sled malfunction or by request of the sled operator or a track official puller must rehook immediately. No adjustments to the tractor. The puller may not leave the track before repulling. Violation will result in a DQ. A puller not adhering to this rule in a "pull off" will be given last place in the pull off.
